One of my favourite things , beautiful layered tutu , wear it as a skirt or think outside the box and wear it as a dress , elastic waist, English garden print ,Fits up to a 14 , I’ve teamed with a white shirt ( didn’t iron it as you can see ) but it can be worn with an old rock T shirt , dress it up or play it down
